A derogatory term for black people. Comes after the month February because it’s black history month. Typically used by white people who are trying to avoid confrontation in public while also conveying their frustration with the black populous.

Man I wish all these febs would be quiet so I can actually learn something in class today.

A stunning girl with lots of personality. She's a girl who you can laugh with or a girl you can laugh at. She's gorgeous and can make anyone laugh. Unique, outgoing and fearless. Agrees to all the dares given to her. She's artistic, talkative and talented. If you ever meet a Febs, stay with her. She's amazing. One should be so lucky to be blessed with their presence. She may be 5’4” but she stands tallest for all her friends!
