usually used for birthday parties that are borderline classy, but don't quite make it
(for females)- a simple day dress or casual dress with a cardigan or sweater over it
(for guys)- button-up shirts, and denim pants

-Fanasual. She didn't have enough tie to come up with a better theme, so she stuck with "Downscale Dinner".
