Someone who enjoys 2005-2012 indie rock band Tally Hall. Origins come from the word “fabloo” that the band used to describe their music, as they felt they didn’t want people to try and label the music they write

Faloogin

1.Anything you want it to be. Could be replaced digging it or hating it and not thinking it's brill at all. Usually used with fuggin.

2.It could also be an excited or extreme action.

Fablooning

The act in which an uncircumcised man has his foreskin shut with super glue, then urinates and/or ejaculates, creating a balloon (known as a "fabloon") with his foreskin.
