Someone who enjoys 2005-2012 indie rock band Tally Hall. Origins come from the word “fabloo” that the band used to describe their music, as they felt they didn’t want people to try and label the music they write

Fablooning

The act in which an uncircumcised man has his foreskin shut with super glue, then urinates and/or ejaculates, creating a balloon (known as a "fabloon") with his foreskin.
