escavalhado

A thing that is about to be spilled on the floor. Meat roll with lots of sauce, cooked on the New Year’s Eve, that is about to be swallowed by 4 guys and 3 girls, after drinking some alcohol and before eating shrimps.

It will be escavalhado.
I will cook it and then I will escavalhar that on the floor.
Take care of it. I don’t like escavalhado!
