Efsauce is a general term that describes anyone who is completely socially retarded, does not do drugs and spends their life chasing after women. They are rediculously keen and try extremely hard at everything, especially there appearance, this is what makes them lame. The type of person you avoid and run away from and silence phone calls from and do not reply to texts ... They are a drain on anyones social energy... they shoud be harshly ignored.

Exsaucested

A combination of the word exhausted and sauced. A feeling felt when one is both incredibly tired and incredibly high at the same time.
