A game involving sober people (normally in a group for safety) finding completely inebriated people and pushing them over. Similar to cow tipping.

Drunk Cougar Tipping

The act of hanging around beach tourist areas waiting for drunk cougars to emerge from bars. Once they emerge from thier drunken dens of cub hunting, you shove them to the ground, laugh and run away.

My lesbian friend and I witnessed a nasty Drunk Cougar Tipping in Ocean City.

When any employee of an establishment acts like a drunk asshole to everyone else because a group or person is tipping them a lot of money to do things that are against policy.
