I'm a TV Weatherman in Houston, Texas always trying tofigure out the best way to describe the day. Years ago, I came up with 'drizzerable' to define just that: a miserable, drizzly day that was gloomy and yucky. Frank Billingsley, KPRC-TV
A miserable feeling caused by extended rain or drizzle. Also, any depressed mood caused by the weather. The term does not describe a weather condition, rather an emotional state caused by the weather.
