To slow down in this fast-paced, stressful world by making a change in your career, life, etc.

A high-powered executive who's tired of the frenzied rat race may downcycle and go work at Starbucks while writing her first novel. A couple with a pricey city mortgage and two well-paying jobs may downcycle and retreat to the seaside and open a cafe/bookstore, and move into a small country cottage. Sounds nice, huh?
