A period of time during the global pandemic, where doom metal musicians thrived by ordering new guitar peddles online - with their covid benefits. 2020-2021 saw a massive increase of self promoted doom albums taking over our social media feeds for the last few days of every month in support of bandcamp Fridays.

Damn doomdemic - 69 out of 100 friends are pimpin their new releases for bandcamp Friday at the same time.

An unprecedented increase in numbers of dogs acquired as pets for a given population during the "COVID years". Many are now unwanted or not convenient as new owners have returned to work.

The Dogdemic has led to huge increase in dog ownership in this area.

roomdemic

(adj.)
"So bad it's good", describing a piece of media that is so horrible in quality that one can actually get enjoyment out of watching it on a mocking level.

Famous examples for roomdemic movies: The Room, Birdemic, Troll 2, Sharknado

Yiddish slang word meaning bullshit, baloney, hogwash, nonsense, crock of shit or hot air.

I don't buy the schmegegge about Morty sleeping with Moira.
His version of the story was pure schmegegge.
The whole schmegegge was made up to get Liz a little bit of attention.

eye bleach 

Looking or experiencing something nice after witnessing something horrid like a disgusting gif or a disturbing video. Typically used as eye bleach are nice images of whatever makes the disturbed person happy.

"Bleach my eyes! Why is that woman's face ripped off!?"
*Looks up images of puppies and kittens.*
"That's good eye bleach."
