donovan syndrome 

A syndrome that causes the affected party to have severe retardation. The person affected with the disease has a low IQ, and thinks they can pull anybody but they really can't. They have 0 self-awareness and think everything is about them. The have a severe tendency to dickride any person with the letter X or R in their name. This disease affects 1/8,000,000 people.
