One who skips out on an appointment of some sort, be it school, work, a date, or other.

Guy: Where were you last night?
Girl: Oh um, I had to do laundry.
Guy: But you didn't call me or NOTHIN!
Girl: Yeah um...
Guy: You're nothin but a lowdown dirty ditchpuller.
