A dingtweet is a term for a person who is out of it and mixed up in the brain, especially when answering a question.

Erwin: "Under what dynasty did Africa peak?"

Teresa: "Oh! Ummm...it was, like....when that guy....you know...erm...yeah."

Erwin: "Teresa, you're such a dingtweet."
