Dewanee
A word from Hindi, meaning "the madness". It is known from Rudyard Kipling's work The Jungle Book as a sickness known to be caused by the bite of a jackal, potentially referring to some form of the rabies or another.

Deepanshi
The Hindi name Deepanshi literally means "a part of an earthen lamp". However, in the colloquial sense it is used to refer to a person who is of a really sensitive and caring nature. Also, such a person has a very strong sense of discipline, blended with a healthy dose of love for fun! It is quite awesome to share a room in a hostel with a person named Deepanshi.
