Workers Decompensation 

When a mental health crisis occurs as a result of the slow and substandard medical care available following a workplace injury.
Off work for more than six months, his was a clear and sadly, preventable case of Workers Decompensation.

Decompensate 

To be unable to compensate for having... 1) medical issue(s), or 2) psychological issue(s), that you were previously able to make up for, or compensate for.
She will decompensate rapidly by lying in bed all day, every day.

decompentate 

The day I found out I passed my CPA exam to be found competent, then I am getting drunk to become decompentated.
I went out and got shit faced to celebrate my passing of the CPA exam. I will shift from being competent to decompentated.
