A Cox Panda is a breed of panda native to The Berra (i.e. Canberra).

Locals often hunt them whilst naked. One Cox Panda will feed one local for an average of three days, and the skin is often used for warmth against the severe cold.

Like the Sex Panda, the Cox Panda is adept at face licking. It will lick your face off.

A: Is that a Cox Panda over there?

B: Yeah, should we kill it and eat it?

A: Nah, it's licking that Sex Panda's face... we should let them penetrate each other's intimacy bubbles.

To take something small, that doesn't quite qualify as a theft. Probably from the Danish "skæv" or the Dutch "scheef", both of which are pronounced similarly, meaning "askew, or not quite right'. To change an item's ownership without permission, but only something small and of little worth.
