Proper noun. An organization that coordinates people to monitor police activities. Techniques include using video recording to monitor and possibly avert misconduct, community organizing. Founded in Berkeley, CA, USA. Politically related to the American anarchist movement.

We're thinking of starting a Copwatch in this city because of all the harassment activists are facing lately.
