Conflatulance 

Both burping and passing gas at the same time.

Can be applied to politicians who are quoting their own BS. Or to both parties spouting the same lies.

How can both a Democrat and a Republican spout the same conflatulance?

That conflatulant talk show host is quoting himself as the source for his facts.

Don't get too close, his conflatulance is pretty severe today.

conflatulence 

The inadvertent co-mingling of two or more unique mixtures of gases, i.e., farts, expelled via the recta of two or more individuals, respectively. Generally considered deplorable as another's fart is traditionally considered inimical to one's own.

Somewhere and sometime between our elevator ride from the 9th to the 90th floor, our conflatulence invited the disappointment, and indeed scorn, of the purists among us. This conflatulence was both redolent of and offered new insight into Cole Porter's lament, "Down in the Dumps on the 90th Floor."

1. An expression used to congradulate someone on a worthy fart (conflatulations)

2. To sarcastically congradulate someone, as if their achievement was worthy only of a fart

3. To congradulate someone with a fart

When a person is overflowing with attempts to conflate multiple unrelated ideas or issues. Often released in such a manner that it removes all doubt to its true source (read: from their own anus).

"Man, this guy has a serious case of conflatulence"

Conflatulate 

To conflate two or more similar sounding words to humorous effect.

My wife has a tendency to conflatulate.

She just asked me to pass her the Sand Hanitizer.

She keeps saying "Hey Alexandra!" and wonders why Alexa never responds.

I would be concerned, but she's done it all her life, so I know it's not dementia.
