A condition similar to Tourette's syndrome wherein a sufferer repeatedly interjects nonsensical phrases or profanities in computer-based conversations.

On Facebook Chat:

Person 1: hey how are you?
Person 2: arrrrg!!!!!!
Person 1: wtf do you have computourette's!?!
