comicker 

In Japan, the people who draw manga (their version of comic books) are called mangaka.

Here in the West, people who draw comics are labeled as "Comic Book Artists."

Logic, and somewhat erroneous English grammar, would mutate the root noun (comic) for the sake of brevity to someone who does something - the comicker.

it is another word for, you guessed it balls, testicles or what ever word you can think of for you to call them. anyways it is a good way to say it infront of a teacher with out getting in trouble cause hey, its not a real word.
teacher: class its time to-
kid: CONICKERS!!!!
teacher: is somthing the matter kid
kid: no i just love saying CONICKERS!!!
