white collar trash

Someone that has a good job and/or money but lives like someone from a trailer park.

My friend Steve is white collar trash. He drives his BMW to his management position at the bank everyday. However, he comes home to his house where he has to shit in pizza boxes outside because his water was turned off for not paying his bills.

Collaborhate

1.) Working together to a common goal, but for totally different reasons.

2.) Groups of cubicle workers forced to work together that cannot stand each other. The goal of a manager forcing collaboration is to get results, but it usually ends up involving HR or therapy.

John: Man, Steve is such a douche bag.

Mike: I know. I have to collaborhate with him on the upcoming marketing demo. I keep avoiding it hoping he'll just get fired or die.

Become a libertarian for a few months until you realize the whole system is messed up, then move on to anarchy where you want to change the system, shortly after that become a collapsitarian and sit back and watch while it all burns. Oh, you gotta bring the popcorn.

blue collar holler

A whistle, "cat call", yelp, suggestive comment, greeting or gesture, or any harassment of the sexual kind, directed at a lady from a blue collar worker while on the job. The most familiar blue collar hollers come from construction workers or truck drivers and travel a safe, non-confrontational distance. The motivation behind a blue collar holler is unknown, though many theories have been discussed. Some wonder if a date or even sex is expected from it, but others says it is purely to make a woman feel uncomfortable.

Someone just whistled at me from the top of that building that's under construction. Talk about a blue collar holler!

That blue collar holler that I recieved from that man driving a plumber's van made me feel uncomfortable and disgusting on the inside. I'm pretty sure he had a mullet, but I can't be sure since he was driving away.

My husband and I met in New York when he blue collar hollered me.

dog-collaring

Blatantly lying to others in front of the accused, about an action you know you committed, but have placed the blame on another.

I used a spool of cable wire as a leash for my friend's dog and ever since have blatantly denied it and blamed the dog's owner. He's tried to explain the truth ever since, in vain. Dog-collaring him has become a regular occurrence when we are together.

1) Pertaining to hipster subculture. Derived from previous uses of "collar" to describe class: blue-collar, white-collar, green-collar. Conotes the, perhaps, more mature subsection thereof.

2) Used to describe a class of professionals (after the fashion of white-collar, and blue-collar) who work in fields associated with information, creativity, social-media, etc.

3) Liberal arts majors who manage to get a job where they only wear ties if they feel like it, and with the top button undone.

Hipster 1, "Winston just got a job at the Huffpo as a social-media coordinator."
Hipster 2, "Totally, kewl, joining that plaid-collar workforce."

"Dude, I forgot my rooibos tea, at the new lunch-time yoga studio...man, I'm totally a plaid-collar worker."
