Best Guess: Possibly the most enjoyable part of sex for a man aside from orgasms.

I would have never thought about this normally, but I just heard a comedian say this and given that she makes a lot of sexual jokes I am going to guess that it has something to do with the beginning of sexual intercourse, or maybe just jumping into ice water.
