Knowing, in the loop; in possession of the right information.

clueball 

A clueball is a person who does dumb things either frequently or infrequently. It can also be used to describe someone who makes stupid comments or is really weird or eccentric. Clueball is also used to describe bad drivers. Clueball can be used as a noun, verb, or adjective.
Gerry is an absolute clueball.

That person is driving like a clueball.

Clueless 20-something single male exemption 

A right invoked by males in their twenties to NOT do what is socially expected of most adults.
Bob: Normally, I would say you should get Joe a gift for having his first baby, but you may be able to invoke your Clueless 20-something single male exemption, and do nothing.

Ted: Good point, I am pretty sure there is something about that in the U.S. Constitution.
