Civilianaire

An individual seemingly belonging to the lower middle, or middle class, who holds some sort of steady legitimate employment, and who appears to generate all their income from legal enterprises, when in fact, they have the net worth and/or income of an individual in the upper middle or upper class, having generated additional income covertly from non-violent illegal activities (selling pot, smuggling, tax evasion, etc). They appear to live within their means, while being able to splurge on nondurable goods and cash transactions, and afford the luxuries of the upper middle or upper class.

Civilianish

A word used in two different ways by the Military. To describe something that sounds too good to be true, or to describe someones reactions or thoughts to be dumb.
Ex. 1 -

Guy 1 - Man... Why don't we have hour long lunches?

Guy 2 - That's Civilianish.
Ex. 2 -

Guy 1 - Wait! Your in the Air Force, what plane do you fly?
Guy 2 - That's Civilianish... I drive a truck.
