Indian province of Charas...lead me to it!

I lived in India for 10 years during the 60's-70's. Smoked lots of charas but never found an Indian province named "Charas". See above post...this person may have smoked too much...charas!

Found in Dutch coffeeshops, eastern Africa and of course India.

A fictional character that you're immensely emotionally attached to.
