Term used to describe someone who is constantly on their cellphone.

I wish Consandra would put that damn cell phone down and get some work done. The bosses must know she's a cellaholic.

Cellaholic

A person who is obsessed with their cell phone. Could never put it down. If their cell phone would go missing they will lose control of their emotions.

I have an employee that is a cellaholic, she just cant put her cell phone away!
