He is the type of guy that will always make your day with his very dark and cringy sense of humor. A very brave and astonishing guy that isn't afraid of what most people fear, like saying the N-word in public with a straight face. Whenever you're having a bad day, he will be there to make you laugh no matter what he does, even his presence can make a person smile.
I was having a bad day until Casino came up to me and said "IF SHE BREATHS SHE'S A THOT" and it made my day.

Someone who habituates casinos. A person who goes to a casino more than once a month, like a barfly hangs around bars or a housefly hangs around a garbage can.
