When u position a girl in a camel clutch (the move made popular by the Iron Sheik of early WWF fame) you secure her chin with one hand while rotating your torso 90 degrees and finger blast her with your free hand.

Oddly enough my back is sore from reaching back and camel blasting her. She, however, feels fine
