Butt Chutney 

A sauce or relish of rectal origin, chiefly spicy in nature and often compounded of both sweet and sour ingredients, as fruits and herbs, sometimes corn, leaves and other debris with spices and other seasoning.

Covington's visit to the taco stand wagon was topped off with a heaping helping of butt chutney. His accomplice Nigel stated "By jove, you've done it again with your foul and pungent butt chutney, my dear old boy!"
