Brinden

A Brinden is a loving caring boy. When he likes you, he loves you. You are his entire world and anyone is grateful to have him as a friend and/or boyfriend. He will love you and make sure you know it but if something happens and you hurt him you will never get that love again.

Brinksters are the aspiring hyphenates who have yet to make it in "the (film) industry" and are essentially, on the brink of fame, stardom or whatever you want to call it.

The pathology of the brinkster is predicated upon the hope that tomorrow they can be the next big thing, coupled with the dread that in ten years from now they can be doing the exact same thing.

Blindspotting

When a situation or an image can be interpreted in two different ways, but you can only see one of the interpretations. You have a blindspot to the second interpretation. Often used when referring to people seeing the wrong interpretation.

"George Zimmerman was blindspotting when he thought Trayvon Martin was a robber."

brings the bone

gossip; carrying a conversation to the person who was discussed. Also refers to the underlying conversations not shared and often with the intent to provoke a response.

Mary and Denise are discussing Jill. Jill is not present. Mary brings the conversation that Denise discussed about Jill to Jill. Most of the time Mary does not discuss what she said about Jill, but is very willing to share what Denise said. Mary brings the bone. The dog who brings the bone carries the bone.
