This is when you see a Chihuahua but this particular Chihuahua is decked out in the finest attire(i.e. Shoes, coats, hoodies, and sometimes sombreros) Making it not a regular Chihuahua. The dog is simply bougie.
Did you see that Chihuahua back there.....he was looking awful bougie, in his sombrero. no i didn't but I saw that bougwawa.
