BOLOL is the acronym for Buss Out Laughing Out Loud. The word "buss" refers to the action of bursting. This is a commonly abbreviated slang used in the Caribbean. The incorporation of LOL meaning Laugh Out Loud was placed at the end of the acronym to establish the action being done.
