An innovator of modern vert skating. The first person to do the loop switch.

Moved from Sau Paulo, Brazil, to the US in the early 90s. He swiftly gained great respect from the skateboarding world. At his first pro contest in the US he left his peers awe struck with his groundbreaking switch stance trickery; an area of vert skating that, at the time, had not been explored.

To this day he is still an innovator. He is currently in the process if building the worlds first permanant big air ramp.

Holder of the highest score ever in the Gravity Games Vert contest.

Does anyone remember the X-Games best trick some years back, Bob Burnquist switch nosegrind flip out on the sub-rail. Nuff said.

Bob Burnquist 180 

The act of Having to stand up part way through defecation and flip around 180 degrees in order to immediatetly vomit, resembling a skateboard trick.

Joe: Yo are you alright

Ed: Yeah i just threw up while on the toilet.

Joe: You just pulled a Bob Burnquist 180, you're Shmangled.
