A skateboarding grind in which the rider preforms a sugarcane and rotates another 180 degrees out, effectively completing an overall 360 degree rotation.

The trick was originated by skater Brian El.

A more humorous way to say "numbnuts". Because benzocaine makes things numb and balls because it alliterates with benzocaine.
