birdogging

Supervisor typically is a General Foreman, Project Manager or company owner who is constantly sticking his head into every part of an installation and pushing the workers to stay on task and hurry up and finish.

Steve is always coming to the jobsite and birdogging the guys. He needs to back off and let them work. They’ve never left a job unfinished yet.
