The word refers to the globally corrupt elitist organised system of shylocks and all participates that profit from the misery and oppression of others, such as the unreunited strays of amnesia (USA) FEDeral reserve that controls the minds of the government and devalues the investments of the public and the international monetary fund securing unrepayable eternal pledges of debt from countries ravaged by american dogs of war.
