One that Backtalks, by belittles what others are expressing in words with words without respect or full thought of what they are saying. Someone that cannot control their mouth and always have a comeback quip of words that show disrespect to those talking to them.

Backtalker always say something, without acknowledgement of the one who is speaking to them. With Backtalker's one gets the sense that they are not being heard as the backtalker is not listening as they are only thinking of what to say next. Backtalker' attempt and something succeed at buffaloing those who are talking to them with shallow comeback quips that are designed to belittle the one talking to them.
