B Spike is a game. It consists of one person calling the game and the start, "B Spike! Starting now". Anyone else who is playing cannot say a word starting with the letter B unless they immediately follow it up by saying Spike.

If the person who said the "b word" fails to say spike, they are defaulted and anyone can punch their arm until they realize what they said, say spike and give in.

If someone says any word that begins with the letter B then they are fair game to be punched until they say "spice". If multiple B words are used then they have to say spice for every B word spoken.
