diarrhea that occurs minutes after eating. any kind of food can be involved in the process. usually within a half hour of consumption.

I can't eat that today. The asslemia will kick in and I have to be at the dentist in 15 minutes

Asslimia

Ass'Lee'Mia

A rare disease in which the patient has strong urges to shit immediately after consuming solids. Similar to Bulimia, but with the orifice being the Asshole.

Tom doesn't eat Mexican because it exacerbates his Asslimia.

Jane doesn't eat out because she has a very strong case of Asslimia.

"Dude, where's the bathroom? My Asslimia's kicking in..."
