assignment given out to students in high school or college usually involving writing on a topic for multiple pages. Appers commonly require either research or analysis of a topic, though some are expository, requiring the student's opinion on a topic. An apper includes a thesis statement, introduction and conclusion, and body paragraphs. An apper commonly has a works cited page which lists sources used for the apper. Common classes to assign appers are: english, history, languages, literature, social studies, and some other electives. Appers are not to be confused with their shorter counterparts, essays.
The teacher assigned a 10 page long apper to his students over vacation requiring them to analyze gender analysis in Macbeth.

The research apper for the freshman class had to be written on controversial issues and had to include at least 5 sources.

Alper is a turkish guy. He is playful, sarcastic and smart. Sometimes he seems to be very cold but deep down he's warm hearted and likes a good cuddle. He can be charming on his special way and is a good listener.

He is a very good looking person you should get to know. I'm sure he agrees to this statement :D.
Have you seen Alper? No he's been all day in his room.

A chance happening with profound meaning, an unexpected blessing, a "sign".

city chicken

A food native to Pittsburgh/Western Pennsylvania in which cubes of pork and/or veal are put on a short, wooden skewer, breaded, then baked and/or fried.

I've heard that city chicken originated during the Great Depression, when folks didn't have enough money to buy full cuts of meat, so they assembled meat scraps on a wooden skewer, creating a make-shift drumstick. Hence the name.

endwarfins

The rush of neurotransmitters and neuropeptides triggered specifically by watching the Seven Dwarfs march home singing "Heigh-Ho" — that particular high of pickaxes, whistling while you work, and communal domestic bliss in a cottage built for men half your height.
I only meant to watch the Heigh-Ho scene for the endwarfins, and then it was two hours later and I'd watched the whole movie.

Endwarfins aren't just a Snow White thing — I get the same hit off the Lollipop Guild in Oz.
