Anti Gentleman

The act of pretending to hold a door open for someone, only to sneek in at the last moment. This leaves the person behind you left to hold the door for themselves while you're already inside the building.

Joey was walking into work and realized the person behind him was a dupe/turd/douche. So he used the old "Anti Gentleman" trick to feel better about himself!
