Alza is a word used to describe something crazy. It's main use is to describe anything crazy relating to drugs, since the word is named after the drug alza.
For instance, you could say alza if you if you saw nascar driver tony stewart drive into a brick wall. Or is you take a big hit of something, you could shout "alza."
