Ajornie 

An amazing gentleman, sweet and loving. He often put others above his self. He think no one loves or cares for him. His intentions are pure and kind. He is very generous. Above his soul is beautiful both inside out. He is not perfect but his flaws are what makes him even more handsome and breathe taking.

Person 1: Who is he?
Person 2: That’s Ajornie, he is the gentleman that I have been telling you about. He is the one who have encouraged me and helped me move passed some of my most difficult moments.

It is to strategically adjourn a scheduled event specifically to create space for negotiation ,due diligence ,or stakeholder observation before recommitting to a new date.

The merger talks stalled ,so both CEOs agreed to adjournicate until the forensic audit was complete.
