When you make a mistake that can be in any way harmful, even if just a little bit, because you did not mean to make it.
I accidentrimentally submitted payroll for the office on Tuesday to receive checks on Friday, forgetting that Thursday was a holiday, unfortunately causing the checks to arrive late. Needless to say, my co-workers were not very happy with me.
