Zelinger 

A mystical, guarded person who takes tacit pride in sexual prowess yet understands the natural flow of the universe.

Originating from the Russian "Zel" meaning foreskin of an elephant, the Swahili "ing" meaning clitoris of a camel, and the American based "er" meaning emergency room.

Also referred to as a "Z"
