Male ejaculate that is shot onto ones face, eyes or mouth. Similar to a pearl necklace. It uses a koolaide tpye euphemism.
It references the ejaculate as a thirst quenching drink.

I hit shorty with some Zackolaid while she blew me.
I shot my Zackolaid into her mouth.
