Yin and Yang is a simple and broad ancient Chinese philosophy.
Yin-yang philosophy has three characteristics: unity, opposition and mutual transformation. In thinking, it is an inseparable metaphysical node of calculation (arithmetic) and divination (logic). In nature, the gene of organism and the binary system of artificial intelligence fully demonstrate the vitality of Yin and Yang.
Yin and Yang are the descriptions of the fundamental factors behind the laws of nature in ancient Chinese civilization, which are the motive force for the nurture, development, maturity, decline and
death of all kinds of things, and the
core elements for laying the logical thinking foundation of Chinese civilization.
There are four pairs of
relationship between Yin and Yang: Yin and Yang mutually, Yin and Yang cultivation, Yin and Yang opposition, Yin and Yang roots.
Traditionally, Yin and Yang represent the most basic opposition of all things. It is the objective law of nature, the origin of the movement and change of all things, and the basic law of
human understanding of things. The concept of Yin and Yang originated from the view of nature of the ancient Chinese
people. The ancients observed various natural phenomena, such as heaven and
earth, sun and moon, day and
night,
cold and
heat, men and women, upper and lower, which were opposite and interrelated in nature. They summed up the concept of Yin and Yang in a philosophical way.
Yin and yang (阴阳)
阴阳相倚 Yin yang xiang yi
which means they are closely related to each other
The position of Yin and Yang is constantly changing, recurring. What we can see is Yin, Yin, Yin and Yang (which is the aggregation of positive matter to form Yang above), and vice versa (similar to black holes). Everything must conform to the law and structure of Yin and Yang, just as
people are born (aggregation), and then die (dissipation). This is the law of Yin and Yang, and the imbalance of Yin and Yang or the wrong position of Yin and Yang in the
human body
will make
people sick.
