The boy (or who ever your dancing with), throws off the rhythm while ya'll are dancing to a song. Making the girl not be able to catch the beat of the song, while twerking.

'Yiked' is the past tense of the term 'Yiking'. Yiking is a dance similar to twerking and commonly preformed at lit parties and dances. Yiking is preformed when a girl starts twerking and a guy starts grinding on her.
