Writing Prescription

A simple fix or targeted improvement that a piece of writing clearly needs. When something is missing — like description, emotion, clarity, or detail — a “writing prescription” tells the writer exactly what to add. It’s like a doctor’s note for your sentences: diagnose what’s weak, then prescribe the cure.
After reading my draft, my friend said my writing prescription was to add actual details instead of leaving everything as vague blobs.
