Wondering something that you already know the answer too. Or wondering something that you would have no idea of what a person is asking so to piss of the questionairre you repeat the phrase "I WONDAH" followed by a guess on what it is. (NOTE: You don't let the person say, "Yep your right.") just keep on guessing until he shuts the hell up.
