The word is used to represent a modern idealist utopia in which everyone can be themselves, and have a radical devotion to the community. When used in conversation, it is used to exaggerate a distant, fictional perfect place, comparable with El Dorado. Everyone wants to go to Woshashumga, but it's simply impossible unless you're very, very smart.
